A dream rooted in
friendship
Masala Express grew from a simple idea shared by two friends studying in Belgium: the city needed a place where real Indian comfort food and everyday life could meet. Between classes, kitchen experiments and late night cooking sessions, they missed the flavours of home and saw how little of that culture people around them really knew. What started as swapping homemade curries with classmates slowly became a bigger vision to create a spot where anyone could discover India’s warmth, stories and spices in one plate. Today, every dish tells a piece of that journey, turning their shared dream into a table where cultures meet, friendships grow and “curry and culture” come to life.
